Guy Duininck: One Way Not Be Weary in Well Doing

One thing that will help you to "not become weary in well doing" is

to not do more than God has assigned to you.

Paul wrote, "I will not go beyond the limits of my commission

which God has given me as a measuring line."

Our assignments in life are not determined by our compassions

or our passions or our mercy-motivations or by the needs and

demands of others. Our assignments in life are determined by

God's purposes, by His calling, by His gifting, and by how

He places us in the body of Christ.

Discover your calling, your gracing, and your placing, and

live in the light of it. Do all you are called to do;

nothing less and nothing more!
