Guy Duininck: When A True Prophet Speaks A Word

When a true prophet speaks a word — a word of blessing, a word of judgement, a word of forth telling, etc. — it will come to pass.

But when a ministers stands forth and calls themselves a prophet and then issues a word of blessing or judgement or a word about the future and that word doesn't come to pass, then we — true and good hearted and authentic and mature believers — must make a mature examination of that word and that minister.
